Carrie Elizabeth Downs was born in Yukon, Oklahoma, on November 13, 2006, at 7:20 PM.  She weighed 8 pounds and measured 21 inches long.  Although she arrived almost exactly three weeks early, she is a healthy happy baby and a delightful addition to our little family.
